LastPass Desktop App for Windows, Mac, and Linux A couple of months ago I decided to stop using 1Password to manage my passwords and instead migrated over to LastPass. I would say that 1Password is a very polished password manager, but it’s just too expensive overall if you’re like me and use both Windows and Mac regularly. The LastPass App for Mac allows you to view, edit, and manage your Vault directly from your desktop from a stand alone application, while still giving you a streamlined access to launching your sites into your default browser for an automatic login. Then discover how to share logins and folders with others, sync data, use the LastPass Tab and LastPass Wallet apps, and understand best practices for adjusting LastPass security settings and alerts. Getting Started with 1Password. 1Password is available as a native app available for almost every major platform: Mac, iPhone & iPad, Windows, and Android. Depending on how you set it up, it is also available on the web, making it available on devices like Chromebooks.
